Parmalat
The Brief – Parmalat wanted 3 online self-paced induction programs for their office and sales staff, manufacturing and supply chain staff and contractors. We produced the videos as well as the online learning component and supplied them as SCORM compatible files that they could upload to their LMS.

Civilmart
The Brief – Civilmart manufacture and distribute precast concrete products Australia wide. We were commissioned to write and produce a comprehensive Workplace Health and Safety Induction Program for them. We used a 4k drone camera to capture the enormity of the organisation and plenty of “off the ground” vision to sell the health and safety to new inductees in an extremely engaging manner.

Dahlsens
The Brief – Dahlsens are a very proud family run hardware/timber merchants with a combination of 58 stores and manufacturing sites around Australia. They have a unique culture and a very firm set of beliefs and values in place. Having already produced a Manual Handling Training Program for them, we were requested to set about designing a set of 3 induction programs for them. One was a self-paced video based induction program to communicate expected behaviours and standards to the new employee before they decide to join the company. Another was a WHS Induction video to be shown the day the new employee joins the company and other video only to be shown approximately a month after the new employee has joined. We shot at 8 different locations over several days to achieve this mammoth task and Dahlsens now have an Induction program that they are proud to introduce to new employees.

NMI
The National Measurement Institute is Australia’s peak measurement body responsible for biological, chemical, legal and physical measurement. Having produced health and safety induction videos for organisations like Cadbury, Nestle, Unilever and Worksafe, we were chosen to write and design a self-paced induction elearning program for this large government organisation. The induction video component of the program was shot over 4 days on location in Sydney and Melbourne. With over 30 minutes of video content as well as another 20 minutes of testing for comprehension, the NMI have a fantastic induction program that is sure to create that all important “first impression” in the eyes of the new employees.
