Dahlsens
The Brief – “We love your Manual Handling video but would like to customise it with our branding and our people”. Dahlsens are well established hardware/timber merchants with a combination of 58 stores and manufacturing sites around Australia. Our task was to create a self-paced e-Learning training package for them. We gave them full control over every step of the production but as per usual, treated the entire production as if it were our own, we even added in some staff interviews to assure them of trainee engagement. We also took excerpts of their training package and produced several short tool box videos for refresher training. They were naturally delighted with what they have now and we look forward to producing more similar projects for this fantastic organisation.

Winslow
The Brief – Winslow had already developed training notes for their 5 biggest safety challenges. Our task was to produce sell their “Big 5” messages on video to their workers around Australia. Winslow Constructors is the leading civil construction sub-contractor in Victoria. To achieve their goals, we interviewed several of their workers on “what safety meant to them” and “what safety tips they could give to their fellow workers regarding the Big 5”. We accompanied this with a professional voice over to cover the gaps in communication and to reinforce the key learning points. Winslow have informed us that the videos well and truly had the desired effect and the company has recently applied QR codes to each video to appear on posters around their workplaces.

Western Health
The brief – Western Health are one of the largest medical providers in Victoria with major hospitals in Footscray and Sunshine, Day hospitals in Sunbury and Williamstown along with several medical centres. They, too, loved our “off the shelf” Manual Handling training video but wanted to feature their people in their hospitals. We modified the script slightly to suit, spent a day shooting at their Sunshine Hospital and they ended up with a production that to all intents and purposes, looked like their very own but for a fraction of the price.

Melbourne Market Authority
The Brief – MMA were 24 months away from relocating to Epping but desperately needed an induction video with a minimum of cost involved. We produced the script as normal but gave them a detailed list of photos that they should capture to support each spoken word. We also set up a time-lapse camera overnight to capture the vibrant market environment on film. The result, a highly effective and engaging training program produced at a fraction of the price.
